Ni Made Sri Darmawati alias Bu Ciko (41), accused the organizers fictitious social gathering in Bali, demanded three years in jail by prosecutors in the Denpasar District Court on Wednesday.
“The act by the defendant held a social gathering fictive proven legally and convincingly violating Article 372 of the Penal Code concerning embezzlement and article 378 of the Penal Code concerning fraud. Therefore, we charge her with criminal three years in prison,” says U.S. Attorney General (prosecutor) Nunik Nurleli SH.
In front of judges chaired by Nyoman Sutama SH, the prosecutor stated that defendant’s acts of embezzlement by Mrs. Ciko occurred between September 2009 until January 2010, on 166 / 188 Trijata kiosks on Diponegiro Road belonging IGA Raka Sugiani alias Bu Tjok.
